Tom Beauchamp, PhD, professor of philosophy, senior research scholar at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and one of the authors of the Belmont Report, will present the annual Hutton Ethics Lecture exploring moral problems in the research-practice distinction and in oversight systems to protect parents.
