Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry and Microbiology Seminar

Description:

Levi Beverly, PhD, a research fellow at Sloan-Kettering Institute in New York, will visit the College of Medicine and present a seminar Monday, July 12.

 

The seminar’s title is, "Of Mice and Mechanisms: Integrating mouse models and biochemistry to study tumorigenesis.”

 

Beverly is a 2000 graduate of UC with a BS in biology and was a graduate student (2000-2006) in the College of Medicine, earning a PhD in molecular genetics, biochemistry and microbiology.

 

The seminar is co-sponsored by the Midwest Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases (MI-CEID).
