Community members are invited to attend "Fuel
Your Fire: Explore Research Tools to Investigate Environmental Health Issues” on Friday, March 16 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The
event will give attendees the opportunity to hear directly from prominent breast cancer researcher Julia Brody, PhD, about Silent Spring Institute’s
work to identify and break the link between environmental chemicals and women’s
health. Sponsors include the UC Department of
Environmental Health’s Community Outreach and Engagement Core and Center for Environmental Genetics and Green
Umbrella and will take place at the Civic Garden Center
