UC's Department of Nutritional Sciences will host Susan Carlson, PhD, for the annual Ruth Rosevear Lecture Series.
Carlson, A.J. Rice Professor of Nutrition at the University of Kansas Medical Center, will present, "Pre-and Postnatal DHA Supplementation: Evidence for Cognitive Benefit."
