Stephen Strakowski, MD, senior associate dean for research, will present "Strategies for Advancing College of Medicine Research: The Next Five Years” from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, in Kresge Auditorium.

His talk will outline plans that he and many faculty have developed to nurture the college’s critical research mission through 2018. There will be an opportunity for questions following his presentation.

This talk follows the Nov. 8 presentation "UC College of Medicine: Progress and Plans”  by Thomas Boat, MD, vice president for health affairs and Christian R. Holmes Professor and Dean of the College of Medicine.

Additional presentations by the other senior associate deans will be held on Feb. 18 (Andrew Filak Jr., MD), March 18 (Lori Mackey) and April 15 (Myles Pensak, MD). All will begin at 12:15 p.m. and be held in Kresge Auditorium.
