Serve an Ace for Parkinson's

Description:

Serve an Ace for Parkinson's is a fund-raising event for Parkinson's disease surgery at the Gardner Center for Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders at the UC Neuroscience Institute hosted by Fredy Revilla, MD, and George Mandybur, MD. Participants can watch the Australian Open tennis tournament on television and also play tennis themselves in a round-robin format.

The party at Five Seasons Sports Club will include food and an auction raffle for prizes. Donations for the auction raffle are welcome.

Revilla is director of the Gardner Center and an associate professor in the UC College of Medicine Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine. Mandybur is a neurosurgeon with Mayfield Clinic and the Gardner Center and an associate professor in the UC Department of Neurosurgery.

Fees:

Fees for those planning to participate in the tennis round-robin range from $50 to $200. The fee for spectators and party-goers is $25.
