Join the UC College of Medicine Student Association for a talk on health policy and medical education with Leana Wen, MD.
Wen is a senior emergency resident physician at Brigham & Women’s and Mass General Hospital, as well as a former president of AMSA and a former Rhodes Scholar. She also also served as a consultant for the Brookings Institution and the WHO on health policy.
She will be presenting on pressing issues in health policy and medical education, and will discuss how patient-centered care can be a solution to today’s healthcare crisis.
