Description:

UC's Medical Scientist Training Program will host its annual retreat and the inaugural Albert B. Sabin Lectureship Saturday, April 26, 2014 in Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
The featured speaker is Jeffrey I. Gordon, MD. From Washington University in St. Louis, Gordon received the 2013 Robert Koch Award, widely regarded as the leading international prize in microbiology. He will speak on his transformative research on the gut microbiome with, "The human gut microbia and childhood nutrition: Looking at human development from a microbial perspective."
