Lung Cancer and Genetic Models Talk

Description:

The molecular genetics, biochemistry and microbiology department will present a seminar with Yolanda Sanchez, PhD, at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, in Medical Sciences Building Room 3051.
 
Sanchez is an associate professor in the pharmacology and toxicology department of Dartmouth Medical School. Her topic is, “The Unexpected Role of Checkpoints in the Early Stages of Lung Cancer Development: Why Genetic Models are Important.”

The seminar is co-sponsored by the Midwest Integrative Technology Center for Existing and Emerging Infectious Diseases.
