CincinnatióResearchers at the Reproductive Medicine Research Unit at
the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine are looking for women
to participate in a contraceptive study. The purpose of this study is
to test a new vaginal spermicide that would be an alternative to
nonoxynol-9, which is currently available. Volunteers must be healthy
women who are 18 years of age and older with regular menstrual periods.
Participants must have had two consecutive menstrual periods after
discontinuing hormonal contraception or ending a pregnancy and not
currently be using birth control pills or an IUD for contraception.
Volunteers will receive compensation along with free exams and
laboratory tests. For more information, call (513) 584-4100.
