The fourth annual IvaDean Scholarship Benefit Concert raised more than $5,000 to benefit the medical student scholarship fund, UC Foundation officials recently reported. The Dec. 7 concert featured the musical performances of College of Medicine alumni, faculty, staff and students.
The concert is named after assistant dean IvaDean Lair in recognition of her “positive influence on medical students.” The corresponding IvaDean Medical Student Scholarship Fund has generated $81,000 in student financial support since 2004.
